Hi,

I did notice the issue that Jets in DCS World are not going to beginn to taxi when in Idle thrust and parking break is off.

I tried it with the F14, FA18, F16 and they are all not starting to taxi when the thrust lever is on Idle.

I am no real world fighter jet pilot, but I am a GA Pilot and even a Cessna 172N with 3 Pax Onboard is start to taxi when on Idle Thrust.

Perhaps there's a difference between propeller planes at idle and jet engine planes at idle? You're also dealing with a much higher gross weight so that could be a cause. I know a KC-135 won't start rolling at idle. The pilot has to apply power.

Many fighter jets has such info in their manuals that idle is enough to keep them moving slowly. Probably can even start to move when light enough but I have not seen it in DCS - it's not on that level of ground handling yet - but it's close.

I hope the DCS Team will improve the ground handling in DCS, I tried it with the Viper and they will taxi on idle but only if gave some thrust before.

The HB Team, has the taxi improvement on their list from all what I know, because a real Tomcat can taxi on Idle even with 1 Engine.
