Japo32 Posted December 15, 2021 Posted December 15, 2021 I have the communications menu hiden in the vaicom options, so the only way of making it appear is with voice command "menu" or "options" "choose blalblabla". Now with the last update all seems ok, but when I give a command, for example to my wingman to join formation or whatever the menu appears so I have to click or say option12 to hide it everytime. As said, previous to these last 2 upadates I didn't have any problem in this area.

Sometimes it gets out of sync too, and then I'll just say "take 12" multiple times with the menu closed, and it seems it will get back to normal again after a while.I think it's the "network behaviour" of DCS that will queue up commands if radios are not in LoS, (or broken?) I experience the the "out of sync" issue primarily in helicopters or in airplanes far from the recipients. Which is why I come to this conclusion. Do you experience the menu thing across the board or in specific modules? Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
Japo32 Posted December 15, 2021 Author Posted December 15, 2021 I haven't tested lots of them, but I saw this behaviour in the Hind, the sabre and the M2000 as they are the ones that I use more lately. 1
MAXsenna Posted December 15, 2021 Posted December 15, 2021 Oh, might have misunderstood you. Are you saying the menu appears with ordinary commands even if you have not invoked the "options menu"?That I have never seen. The issue only starts if I have specifically used the "option" command repeatedly.Double check that your TXs are not doubled up in DCS control settings as radio triggers. Just a thought. Lt_Jaeger Posted December 15, 2021 Posted December 15, 2021 You might want to set the dcs path in the vaicom config tab again. In the past it was SOP to do this after every DCS and or VA / Vaicom update 2
Japo32 Posted December 16, 2021 Author Posted December 16, 2021 was assigned, but I re-assigned again. Have to try. Thanks.
