2,000 LB Penetrator JDAM Not Penetrating?

Aircraft: F-16

Target: Ammunition Depot
Weapon: 2,000lb Penetrator JDAM

JDAM Configuration Settings:

AD 4Sec

FD 25msec

IMP ANG 60

IMP AZ 0

IMP VEL 700

Config Settings

4 direct hits.... target still stands....Am I doing something wrong? I've tried this with IMP VEL= 800, 850, and 900. I've tried this with FD=5msec, 15msec, 25msec, 45msec, 109msec, and 240msec.

did you set the bomb from AIR to GND under CNTL?

that's the only required change, then 2 of your 31/3B's bombs will kill the bunker.

Tried it, with the bombs set to GND. Targetting was on the money. Just smoke, no fireworks. They must've made these ammo dumps right 'ard last patch

Yes set to GND. I don't think you can set a fuse delay on AIR. But yes, I have always done it in GND. Nothin. Takes a TON of bombs to take one down.
