If I remember correctly they're static units, the flight spawns on the left of those, I put them there to block the players view of the flight spawning. This was early in my editor skills before I found out about activating uncontrolled units so is a bit of a rough workaround .

I realize now I got confused by the weird delayed spawn of the other active warthogs. Also, if this mission is a product of your nascent editor skills, I can't wait to see your next campaign!
