Add quick toggles for DoF and motion blur effects

Hi ED,

In DCS 2.7 we need to quit the mission to toggle depth of field and motion blur effects, since those effects are mainly being used to take screenshots and videos it would be appreciated to have the ability to toggle them without quitting current missions.

Here is a nice shader mod for better DoF effect.

You can use ReShade DOF filter.
