investigating RWR contacts are not INS stabilized

ALR-56M contacts are not INS stabilized in the RWR scope or JHMCS. 

 

A fairly detailed description of the ALR-56M (A company webpage on the internet) states the following:

• [The ALR-56M is] "Compatible with numerous aircraft and EW avionics."
• [The ALR-56M Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) get] "Azimuth information about aircraft orientation allows for effective evasive maneuvering."
