mvsgas
I was wandering if anyone could help me learn about the “НР/АКС” selector I know the manual refer to the switch in regard of rockets and it says the selector must be manually change if different rockets are carried or selected during rearming. The manual also refer to selection 0 to 5. My question is; --What is selection 6 to 10? --Is it for bombs? --Do they have any functionality? I know we only need 0 to 2 for rocket since I have not seen a choice to load S-24 or S-25 and in the manual they are mark as "Not Used". I know selection 5 is for the UPK-23 gun pods. I was just wandering about the other selections. I look in the FAQ and search the forums and did not find any info. Sorry if this has been asked before. To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

EvilBivol-1
We have no info at this time. Not sure if ED has this info internally. - EB [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Nothing is easy. mvsgas
Thank you for the respond EvilBivol. I have been experimenting with it an in the game when you start with: S-8KOM selector is set to 0 S-8TsM selector is set to 1 S-13 selector is set to 2 UPK-23 it is set to 5 like it says in the manual page 2-93, and through trial and error, when you start with: FAB-250 the selector is turn to number 7, FAB-500 the selector is at 8 and KMGU the selector is set to 9 I still not sure what it means but I at least learn how to set it if I rearmed during a mission. I think it tell the computer about what weapons it is releasing in some way. Maybe to determine the electrical pulses going to the pylons or some thing. At any rate thank you for the respond, I appreciated  To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Esac_mirmidon
I think the selector informed the weapons system about the ballistic parameters of the weapon selected prior for the launch. EvilBivol-1
IIRC, the selector is automatically set at mission start to the first ballistic weapon loaded closest to pylon 1 (outer left). - EB [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Nothing is easy.
