DCS windows shortcut

Hello, after migrate DCS to a new SSD drive I lost the Windows 10 shortcut, my question is how can I add the shortcut again for the updater and the game?

Hello,

 You can add them, just go here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta and create shortcuts..

1. for update should look like this but make sure to update your path: 

Quote

"C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\DCS_updater.exe" update 

 

2.start dcs: 

Quote

"C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\DCS_updater.exe"

 

3.Repair 

Quote

"C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\DCS_updater.exe" repair

 

EDIT: Just noticed you can´t create shortcuts in that directory make them on desktop then paste them there.

thank you, for some reason I can't find the DCS repair in the bin folder

There is none, the repair goes through the updater.exe
