Off the top of your head do you have the coordinates of the cooling towers

Which nuclear reactor? The Al Kibar reactor didn't have cooling towers (river water was used for cooling), and IIRC that's the only reactor in the area covered by the map.

Seria has two cooling towers, I saw them on one of Juice's flights

Well this is from 2021 and a LOT sure has changed sense then.
