hannibal Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 im not sure if you can DCS World can go thru OpenXR but i see there is a tool for better performance? some users report it works in MSFS2020.. The NIS scaling can be used instead of the application render scale setting (if available) or the OpenXR custom render scale to either: Achieve better visual quality without lowering performance; Achieve better performance with minimal visual quality loss (compared to the traditional render scale settings). https://github.com/mbucchia/XR_APILAYER_NOVENDOR_nis_scaler find me on steam! username: Hannibal_A101A http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197969447179
VR Flight Guy in PJ Pants Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 Do a search on "openvr fsr" and there are a couple of topics about this and the AMD solution. 1 I Fly, Therefore I Am. Hempstead Posted December 27, 2021 Posted December 27, 2021 I tried the new OpenXR NIS solution a couple of days ago. No go. Neither DCS nor Elite Dangerous uses OpenXR. It does work for MSFS 2020 though.
