lwalter
I use the following controllers: - Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle and Stick - MFG Crosswind rudder pedals - 4 Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs - a 2nd gen iPad mini running my UFC app: iUFCExport - my home-built "button box" - Track IR Pro I know that I could add even more devices to DCS, but since I reached the device limit for IL2 GB and CoD, which I play too, I'm going to stop here for now 1 iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, i7 4 GHz, 32 GB RAM, AMD R9 M395X 4 GB | Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog | Cougar MFD | MFG Crosswind | EDTracker Pro | Realteus ForceFeel DCS World | Bf109 | Fw190 A8/D9 | P47 | P51 | Spitfire | I16 | C101 | L39 | F86F | MiG15 | MiG19 | MiG21 | FC3 | A10C | AJS37 | AV8BNA | F5 | F14 | F16 | F/A18 | M2000 | JF17 | Christen Eagle | Yak52 | SA342 | UH1H | Mi8 | Ka50 | Combined Arms | NS430 | Persian Gulf | Normandy | Channel | Syria | NTTR | WWII Assets

CrashMeTwice
I am using a USB 3 Switch hub (works with USB 2 as well) and when I run a simulator with a device limit, I only switch those on which I need for that. Just an idea. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y5WVC3Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?smid=A2TJC5CG7CTGWB&psc=
lwalter
@CrashMeTwice I didn't know about such USB hub. That's really interesting! I'll have a look. Thanks! iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, i7 4 GHz, 32 GB RAM, AMD R9 M395X 4 GB | Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog | Cougar MFD | MFG Crosswind | EDTracker Pro | Realteus ForceFeel DCS World | Bf109 | Fw190 A8/D9 | P47 | P51 | Spitfire | I16 | C101 | L39 | F86F | MiG15 | MiG19 | MiG21 | FC3 | A10C | AJS37 | AV8BNA | F5 | F14 | F16 | F/A18 | M2000 | JF17 | Christen Eagle | Yak52 | SA342 | UH1H | Mi8 | Ka50 | Combined Arms | NS430 | Persian Gulf | Normandy | Channel | Syria | NTTR | WWII Assets

Thanks! Yep, it works great for me and yes, it's a bit more costly than others. I have tried many brands and types and the one I have posted above has proven to be very reliable. None of the cut-out problem or switching issues others gave me. The hub is powered by your PC and a Wall AC Adapter. They also have a 10 port version which I have not tried. I am running two CM2 bases with Alpha Grips, a collective with the SharKa Grip, the SharKa Control Panel, and two custom made button boxes (Arduino driven) on it. All on a quality 12ft USB 3 cable on a dedicated USB 3 card (FebSmart USB 3.1 Gen 2 2X 10Gbps USB-A Ports PCI Express USB Card). This card has the latest ASMEDIA controller and not the horrible Renesas which has a lot of driver issues in Win10 and also responsible for me to get gray early Hope you get it all working. You have a great setup, I like it!
