Add 1 or more decimals to F10 measurement tool.

QOL improvements:

More accurate use of offset waypoints with all (capable) modules.
Better use of the Viggen with roadbases etc.

Maybe also change the accuracy depending on what coordinate system is in use?

So:
When using DDMMSS -> XXX degrees
When using DDMMSS.SS -> XXX.YY degrees

+1, this would be very useful for the AJS 37 and the Mirage 2000C.

It would also be good if we could change it to display magnetic heading too.

Sorry for ping, but the DCS wishlist is kinda clogged.
Is this QOL change possible at all? I imagine it to be simple enough to implement.

Just a simple decimal for the F10 measuring tool since many modules use decimal headings.
