Hi All,

I was explain this in other post, but I think that it's better to create a new post about my problem. (I will try with my little English and google translation)

I purchased this simulator in Russian version, I installed, inserted the serial number, and the simulator has created this "[Error Information] 5.60.1.26; 32A7"

I can't start the simulator, its impossible. All time the simulator required the serial number, and always I have one "error report".

The instalation created two icons. One its to iniciated the menu simulator (single mission, mission editor....etc...), and other icon blue. I was try with two icons, but always its the same, the simulator required the serian number and again error information....:(

(rmk....it's one original copy purchase 2 days ago)

Any solution?

 

RMK : I installed the simulador in other hard disk not used by the operating system, I used a RAID system to install the simulator (2 raptor in raid 0).

 

My Pc spec:

1. Processor ->AMD AM2 6000+

2. Motherboard ->Gigabyte 790FX-DS5

3. RAM -> 4gb DDR2 800mhz

4. Video Card and Driver version -> MSI GF8800GT OC with last nvidia driver (180)

5. Type of CD/DVD drive ->LG

6. Internet connection type and performance -> Cable/6Mb

7. Control devices ->X52 rudder pedals / X52 power system + cyborg evo (the stick of X52 its dead)

8. Operating System and installed updates/service packs -> XP pro Sp2

9. DirectX -> last version 9c (november 2007)

Ok here are the specs from another problemchild where no activation is possible...

 

CPU: C2Q 6600

GPU: 8800GT latest Driver

RAM: 4Gig DDR2

MB: P35 CS

XP SP2

DVD: LG

Inet: DSL connection permanent 16MB

DX9c latest

I dont know if its the solution, but I have another problem...I try 9 or 10...or 11 times to enter the serial number to install the simulator....I don't know if this is a problem with the possible activations....

Currently I'm overloaded with support requests. So there may be delays with the answers. The biggest delays don't exceed 48 hours.

 

Error code 32A7 means an invalid S/N. Have you entered the S/N? (Here is a thread which may help to find the S/N).

Anyway in case of SF problems error codes are much appreciated (block [Error Information] from SF error report). To obtain SF error report use button "Отчет об ошибке". And specify your OS.

Yup i´ve found the key...you gave me a second key yesterday...but i fired 3 more activations once more...

Cause in my situation after i put the key in the registrationwindow with copy and paste...a second window appears...which from what i´ve read/heard don´t appears for the other users...cause DCS starts...

But by me pushing the upper button in the second window nothing happens...

So everytime i start DCS this registrationwindow appears...and without pushing the upper button nothing goes on...

So to burn the 3 activations only needs 4-5 minutes...

 

Are you willed to give a 3rd SN?:cry:

Yes, I was put the serial number that DCS was give me, with COPY/PASTE from the oficial web (in the section that I can see all serial, about the game and the MD5 of two files), and I was put too all the "-" of this serial.

I was use the option "Отчет об ошибке" to create this report and send to the support department, but no answerd about this....

I dont know if I have problems with activation to try very much times...¿?¿?

I'm like a little children with a broken toy....:cry:

Just a shot in the dark, maybe automatic activation doesn't work for some reason and the window that appears asks you to do a manual activation. See here for more info:

This could be possible...from the number of windows that appear...

Only in my case they are in russian/kyrillic...

But with your manual maybe i could get it running...

The only thing...i need another serial...

Ok i wrote an email for a new SN...

Iґm sure that this will solve this activation problem...

When it fixed the problem...this should be put in the complete purchasing/registration the russian version thread...

I used the proactive, insert the serial number, and this program confirm my serial and the simulator...but...the ¿Hardware Code?...

(The proactive report see that i have 0/3 activations)

The hardware code will be shown when automatic activation fails and/or you follow the procedure for manual activation, as described in the link I posted above. I.e. when you enter your serial and click on activate (in Russian) and a new window appears with three instead of two buttons (see figure 5 vs. figure 3), click on the middle button which should correspond to "Manually". After that you should see a field with a code that is not your serial, this would be your hardware code. You need both the hardware code and your serial in order to get an activation key from the ProActive website.

 

As far as I understand it from your report the 0/3 activations does not mean that you have 0 left out of 3, but that so far you have used 0 out of 3, so everything should be okay.

I have the same problem, I has inserted the serial in the first window, and press the first button (I think that it's continue or accept)

Then the program show the second windows, but in my case the name of this windows it's "DCS Black Shark (Disc)" and not "DCS Black Shark (ProActive)".

 

RMK : In the first instalation on my computer, I copy "Setup.exe" and "data1.cab" in one DVD to do the installation from this new DVD. I was uninstall due to all problems that I have, and finally I was try the installation from a Hard Disc).

 

In the second window/screenshot I have the three buttons, the firs it's to try again with serial, the second it's to do the error report, and the third it's to exit.

 

No "Hardware code" it's showing in this windows, only a error number.

Another think, look in the Proactive report at last phrase about my serial number :

 

"Parameters marked out with italic are not available for the version of this protection project. In order to be able to use them, the project has to be updated to more recent version of the protection. "

 

This see that "I need to be update to more recent version of the protection"....How?

(I have been trying with "pro-active?" program that I have in \Ka50\bin directory, but not result. (no update pro-active drivers, not install nothing...)

I think that this possible solution it's very radical, but to format the Operating System it's a possible solution?

(I'm not happy with this possible solution)

 

RMK : No fireware in my system at the installation.

One question, ¿do you need information about my purchase to corroborate that it's a original simulator

I think, even knowing that technical support this working hard (I'm sure about this), but I think that it is incredible that after 4 days of purchase a customer can not enjoy their product for the simple fact that the anti-copy system, or as anti-hacker we like to call it, is ineffective and cause problems for customers.



I think I have a right to bring my complaint on the matter. Congratulations on the great simulator they have done and I can not even enjoy having paid for .... at the moment I feel really stupid on my ability to buy original ...really stupid.

 

The last question, ¿It's possible to cancell my purchase?(I do not like paying money for nothing).

 

I repeat, that the problem is not what generates the technical support, thank you for your input and your help, if not the decision of the validation system and copy of the simulator, congratulations to whoever has decided .... :(



The most saddening is that a single customer is usually not a concern, and that will not have any solution without trying reinstalling my OS or the use of anti-fraud protection.


 

I feel if you do not like the tone of my comments, but please make it easy to place the client in this case, I think

The buttons are in kyrillic and the rest of window is filled with ???? and so on...

This evening i´m trying to activate with acedys linkhelps with my 3rd SN...pray for me...:)

Don´t give up...i try to make screenshots about my activation procedere this evening...i think you have the same problem as i...

I got a 3rd SN so i can follow acedys tipps...maybe you need also a new SN...although i didn´t manage to activate the product with no serial before...the first window told me that no activation is left...

I understand perfectly, as I said, it is difficult for a new product comes out perfect 100%, and that accumulates to work after-sales service, is logical.



But I do not see the logical insertion of a validation system and anti-copy as radical, which is installed on my OS on a hidden, and that can give a lot of problems with the other original games I have.

This is wrong for the moment that after 4 days of purchase can not enjoy my simulator.

Imagine that you buy a new car, put it on the door of your house and you have no key to start it? Well, that is our situation now.

It is clear that I have no choice but to be patient, but I'm not happy of the validation system that have and how it works, and I want to leave it as clearly as possible, is nothing more than that.
