As the title says, maybe with the VPC Airfield Equipment Mod as a base?

Hi, thanks for the mention but no, I’m not currently interested because the Syria airbases are already much better done than the older Maps, so there is little need for improving them. Also, the VPC Mod has become difficult to install by new users, so any Templates that uses it will probably require a lot of support.

Also, @evanf117 has already done excellent templates for this map:
