BS will not run

Activation okay. I had to look for the exe file because it's in a non-standard folder bin/stable. No shortcut key created even though it was checked.

 

I click the exe file and nothing happens. :(

The Target field of the shortcut label for singleplayer must looks like this: […]\Ka-50\bin\stable\Launcher.exe --console

 

Same for MP: […]\Ka-50\Multiplayer.bat

Did you a install with admin rights ? If you use Vista.

'Work folder' field (2nd line in shortcut properties): […]\Ka-50 (not […]Ka-50\bin\stable\).

 

And you can change a label icons from green (Launcher.exe) to orange (DCS.exe) for singleplayer and to blue […]\Ka-50\FUI\BS-3.ico for MP but this is not necessary.

...and you disabled U.A.C. before you installed BS right?? Because it won't make a shortcut if UAC is on, and if UAC is on it will install, but no shortcuts.... and no worky :)

 

In msconfig/tools/..... Click Disable UAC and then click "Launch"

BTW, where is the English manual. I don't see that my TIR is active in the sim.

You have to update your TIR drivers to the newest version and also download the latest game update.

 

The English manuals can be downloaded from here

Got it dude. Thanks. Just took my first flight and I have to say it's very good. I can't seem to get the Mission creator/editor working but the instant mission worked good. :)
