Are there any models of AGM114 modified with proximity fuses? Just like the 9M127 on the KA50, it has close-in blast capability when entering air-to-air mode.

Yes, but only in the last few years. The AGM-114L7 and L8 variants have a proximity fuze and a fragmentation sleeve. These unfortunately are too recent for our module, though as has already been discussed, we will not get any other versions beyond the K and L already available.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned adding this beauty!

Devs, can we get the AGM-114R9X, also known as the "Flying Ginsu"? Pretty please with sugar on top!

I believe every MANPAD should be taken out with the Flying Ginsu.

Let me head off the excuse generator. Here's a brief video overview of it working. If you can develop the F-35 from white papers, then this should be viable!

I never got the fascination with this version.  If you have seen the video and stills aftermath of the attack on Qassim Soleimani's vehicle, it is lying in multiple pieces and on fire.  This is NOT a 'low collaterals' kill in so far as exploding vehicles make a major mess.

Nor could you send such a missile into an enclosed volume like a room in a house and expect to only kill the target themselves.  If the motor is still burning it's going to shatter and deflagrate on impact with large incendiary effects.

It's a five foot long missile and so the impact energy is likely going to rupture the casing into a lot of splinters and fragments as well.  At Mach 1.21 to 1.4, these will go through walls and floors with ease.

A combination of Katanas Are Just Better and other tropes everyone is obsessed with.

I've never seen compelling evidence that the variant exists with these blades as opposed to just being an inert warhead like a steel or concrete rod. Either way, for DCS it's moot, because for our scenarios it's rather pointless, we're not getting anything other than K and L, and if we were, I'd prefer to get M, N, F, and C over a specialty expensive inert version for narrow purposes.
