Hello

So I have come across this strange behavior: the mouse cursor doesn't move anymore while headset is on.

when I take the headset of, the mouse works. I have tried WIndows + y/z key but it doesn't work. I have to quit to desktop, and start Windows Mixed Reality, and SteamVR new. Anyone knows a solution to this problem?

Thanks for helping!

Is this in windows or in DCS specifically?

In the WMR settings there is an option to automatically switch the input using the headset prescence sensor or manually switch using win+y, if you set it to manual you should retain mouse control.

In DCS then make sure you have VR mouse enabled otherwise it will lock the mouse cursor to the centre of the headset view.

This happens fairly often for me . Mouse doesn't work in vr , but works in the vr mirror (and only the vr mirror , not the rest of the desktop) .

I have no idea why this happens , but shutting down Steamvr and rebooting DCS solves the problem .

When you put your headset, and without removing it press windows+Y , make sure your windows key is not in game mode (some keyboards allow to pause this key) then hit LAlt+enter ro enter full screen mode, and make sure you have the VR mouse enabled in DCS.

Hope this help.
