AI not climbing until after rendezvous with bombers Channel Bonus mission.

Is this normal behavior.  The Ai went to the first waypoint at the same altitude they circle the runway.  They climbed only after the bombers spawn.  This caused my whole flight to be way behind when the enemy fighters showed up.

No it's one of the dozen AI bugs that unfortunately are not solvable from within the mission editor. I've seen it before, but not always, just randomly.

Please post a track here for ED to check.

@[ED]Obi this bug came up about half a year ago, and then it was fixed, but apparently it's back.

I just replayed the mission twice.  All but one flight started the ascent in both.  Track corrupted though.
