SLI not supported?!

After install of English version I had 3 or 4 lockups after entering the cockpit in Instant Action. I would have to reboot to get the computer to recover.

 

After the 4th time, I had remembered that ArmA did something similar. I disabled SLI in my Nvidia Control panel and now I have no crashes!

 

WHAT GIVES?

E6600 Duo

(2) nVidia 9600-GT (512)

4-Gig of RAM

Vista 32-bit

Mine works fine too.

8800GT x2.

I have Crossfire setup and I too get occasional lockup where I have to manually reboot the PC. It seems to be some sort of infinite loop, don't know if it's sound or graphics related. Most times though it works fine.

No longer active in DCS...

REPLY TO MYSELF ... since ED wouldn't ... :D

 

 

I Dl'd the NVidia 180.48 drivers about 2-weeks ago. I reverted back to 178.24 version last night and things ran smooth as silk for hours ... In Sli
