wip Fire push button does not shut down engines

Pressing the fire push button should disable fuel flow, oil, hydraulics and other combustibles to the engine. Yet the engine just happily keeps on spinning and using fuel.

It takes a few moments to shut off fuel flow. There is still residual fuel in the lines that is being drawn using suction of the engine fuel pump.

Having said that, I don't know if this system has been completed or not, but it shouldn't be immediate.

I tested it again, it does not shut off even after several minutes.
