Sr. Posted March 20, 2022 Posted March 20, 2022 I'm reworking my diy sim pit, and curious if anyone knows the seat height specs... Floor to seat cushion? It’s adjustable I guess I'm going for best seating comfort...like if IRL, I was seated and place my feat flat on the floor back from pedals, would knees be up at about 30* angle or mostly level with hips? Sr. Posted March 27, 2022 Author Posted March 27, 2022 Raised my pit about 4" So much more comfortable than sitting like I was in a go cart Ryzen 7 5800X3D | 64GB DDR4 3600| MSI RTX 4080 16GB Ventus 3X OC | Samsung 970 Evo 2TB NVME | Quest 3 | Logitech X-56 throttle | VKB NXT Premium | Win 11 "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." --Arthur C Clark
idenwen Posted March 27, 2022 Posted March 27, 2022 I would recommend to make it "as it fits" because Casmo said in one of his interviews that back problems from the seating in the Longbow are quiet normal because the seat is designed to maximize crash survivability instead of ergonomics. 2
