Title says it all.

Manual Page 333 states...

The on-screen interface outline changes color depending on the active rules of engagement (ROE) setting for George:
• Green: Weapons Hold (same as the SAFE light on the Armament Panel)
• Yellow: Weapons Free (same as the ARM light on the Armament Panel)

While in fact, it appears in game to function exactly the opposite.  Green is Weapons Free and George will engage designated targets, while Yellow requires Pilot to give clearance each time to fire.

+1, and might I suggest:

Use RED for free fire, YELLOW for Return fir (or wait for consent) and GREEN for Hold fire.

Please no! Reading red text on a grey background is virtually impossible for a lot of people, including me.

I have made a suggestion as I am colour blind(ish) and sometimes can not see the difference between the Green or the Yellow.  My suggestion is to place a box around the Green (Weapons Free) selection so it is more easily identifiable that George has control of weapon release.
