poochies Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 I’m doing the scud launcher mission and they say to loiter at Hold point by wp 1 until sead is done then go to BP53 or something to find targets I can’t for the life of me find these points stored in TSD … maybe they’re not there and I just go by briefing map to get an approximate location of these points … thanks for any input
Frederf Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 I don't know the system very well but TSD points are divided into NAV phase and ATK phase. Try changing the phase to ATK (bottom row, I think 3rd button) and then check the point list.

The main thing you need to adjust are your SHOW page options on the top level TSD page. Should be on T3 or T4 or so. You can customize what options are displayed between the NAV and ATK phases to declutter the TSD.

frostycab Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 I flew this mission this morning and initially ran into the same issue. the oddity with the target in this mission is that it's a control measure with type "EU" rather than an actual TG target point. This is a point type that seems to be turned off by default in both the NAV and ATK phases on the TSD. To enable it, press SHOW at T3, then COORD SHOW at T6. At L4 you will see "ENEMY UNITS" is unboxed. Press T4 to box it. You can press B1 to switch phases if you want to enable it for both. That's what I meant when I said "You can customize what options are displayed between the NAV and ATK phases to declutter the TSD." specifically as it pertains to the SHOW options. FalcoGer Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 As it stands now you can't add control measures or target points to the mission for the apache with the mission editor, only waypoints. You might also want to look at Show -> Coords to enable enemy control measures to show up.
