I enjoy performing "Touch and Go's" at different airports before landing and taxiing back to park.  Can we get this as an option on the ATC menu, please.

Traffic would be really nice too!

Thanks,

I fully agree! Touch & go's are very very common in military aviation and should be a thing in DCS as well.

The "Traffic" wish is a a bit of a stretch I think.. But perhaps an AI waypoint action "Touch and go" would be feasible without too much coding.

Agreed - IMHO it should be relatively simple since there's no traffic. Instead of 'request landing' ED could add a 'Request Training Landing', and when you are on final, the tower could tell you that you are 'cleared for the option' instead of 'cleared to land'. It's sufficiently close to real-world RT procedures, and adds that little bit of realism we all crave. 🙂 They might need some additional code to detect a MA situation, but simply leaving the 1 mile zone should take care of that (unless you are flying the Christen eagle, which can take off, miss, and still land on the same post card)

Of course, real traffic would be the icing on the cake.

I surely would love the addition. And I'm sure well get this in the new ATC.

According to the VAICOM manual, (and you can say the commands), there actually exist a few extra commands, but unfortunately they do not work. "Touch and go" is missing though. 😥
