reported Wind indication on TSD page

Hi,

It seems that the wind indication is indicating the relative wind and velocity acting on the Apache instead of the current wind.

I preset a wind of 090°/10kts (runway axis) for the test and try to hover heading East and heading West.

But maybe it is still WIP.
