reported Can´t change Flare settings on a moving ship

Like the title says, you cannot change the settings in the kneeboard of the flares on the Apache if its moving.
If the ship is still at 0knts, you can.
This leaves the player without the chance to adjust the Flare program

I attached both tracks just in case but its very easy to replicate.
In the "no move" you'll see that the values can change
