AI not landing on 24R Andersen AFB

I have seen multiple times that AI aircraft dont land on 24R at Andersen AFB. (Right side runway while approaching from the ocean side). They make the approach but mostly go around just before touchdown, happens more with larger aircraft.

Is this runway not available for landing or is it some issue with the map?
