Altitude no longer showing in IHAADS after BETA update?

Hi guys,

after the latest BETA update, the altitude (air-ground) no longer shows on the right side of the IHAADS near the climbing rate gauge. I am surely missing something and maybe we need to call it up now.

How can I turn it on now?

I think you have to go to Flt > Set > Radar Altimeter

100% correct. It's also worth noting that if you don't turn it on the auto-ranging for the gun will not work either, as it uses radar altitude to base its calculations on.

Don't panic if nothing happens when you turn it on. It seems to take 20 seconds or so to initialise.

Thanks guys, I will try this out. It was not like that on the initial release right? I never had to activate this before. I am alright turning it out, just wondering if I am losing my mind LOL

Yes, this is new behavior after the recent patch.
