Will flying with 2 or 3 Fuelbags make the Hornet more stable or less.

Was wondering as the title says, will you feel the aircraft more stable with fueltanks, or will the increased drag make it more unstable...

Unless you have gross asymmetric loadings, the stability of the aircraft really isn't of concern. It's all being take care of by the the Flight Control Systems. The airframe itself, as is with most 4th gen aircraft, is inherently unstable. FBW and FCS logic is used to make the aircraft aerodynamically stable in almost all flight regimes and configurations.
