With the latest Open Beta update in DCS how does Stored Heading work in F-16C?

Is it faster than doing a Normal Alignment?

Thanks

1. The stored alignment assumes your mission initialization position/heading for a faster alignment. It cannot be reasonably used if aligning after moving from initial position. One uses the stored knob position instead of norm and don't edit or confirm L/L on DED.

2. Yes, 90s instead of 480s assuming quality 10.

Thanks

Don't hit Enter and wait to you get Flashing Align for switching to NAV

90S is fast

I don't think DCS F/A-18 is that fast

F-18 (stored) is also 90 seconds. In reality these are maximum times for latitudes less than 70.
