Header Tape on Hud not aligned

Whenever I start the aircraft I wait for the header tape on Hud on Nav mode to align with the one on A2G mode and with the HSI.

But after I start roling the aircraft and turn even on the ground hey are suddenly not aligned anymore. So whenever I get heading instrunctions during missions I need to go back to Nav Mode to actually be able to point the aircraft to the right direction as I have found deviations of close to 90 degrees. 

 

What is wrong? How do I correct this?

How long do you wait after turning on power to start rolling? IIRC, you need to wait 3 (or is it 4?) minutes.

You are correct, its 3 minutes 4 to be safe always works.

Yeah, I had read before that 2 minutes worked and saw the alignment when hitting 7 and thought that was enough. 

I tried with 3 minutes and it gets very close but about 1 to 2o of difference. So I am gonna wait 4 to 5 min. to be sure.
