Cyclic ops

My wish for cyclic ops 

  1. FIX the refuel/ rearm waypoint on ships
  2. A way to rotate flights. For example we might have two tankers, Texico 1 and Texico 2. Texico 1 might would be given a flight plan, then Texico 2 might only have take off and have a wayoint action like relieve texico 1 which gives Texico 2 similar waypoints to Texico 1 but slightly off set so that when Texico 1 is RTBing Texico 2 is beging the orbit. Like wise if Texico 2 gets dispatched.
  3. Relative waypoints- A good one for naval ops, when setting up waypoints I should be able to define them relative to the ship. This way if I have colt 1 and colt 2 rotating CAPs 50 NM in front of the carrier and not between points x and y based on coordiantes.

I agree with thes quality of life changes
