What do these numbers on the ILS mean? I hadn't seen them before. Usually I flew the plane already hot, but today I decided to start the engine myself and do align .

ILS ? - that is not.

Its shows time, but in different modes it shows various times. In this picture i believe is Aircraft Time Over Waypoint (HH.MM.SS), because its in a-g master mode.

ILS is a HUD.
An incomprehensible translation from Russian. In general, ILS is an instrument landing system, but in the Russian documentation HUD is listed as ILS. I wrote just out of habit.)
