The slime lights have been like this for a while, weeks, months, not sure, just noticed the shadows. I did have tweaks in Nvidia control panel but resetting to default did not fix it.

Is it just me getting these? Maybe it's my end, any ideas? The slime lights problem have survived through multiple Nvidia updates, multiple tweaks in the DCS system settings. I don't know what else to try.

If you want us to tell you, please attach a short track in which you're seeing the issue.

Simple mission. No mods activated. Seconday shadows shown with rough edges. Cant see any issue with the wands.

In my stable version 2.7.11.22211 I do not get the slime light problem, they do flicker in 3rd person if I move the camera but that's it. But something interesting below, with shadows turned on I have shadows missing under the plane.

I fixed this by turning off Secondary Shadows.

That’s not fixing anything. Without secondaries there are no shadows at all. Which looks even worse

Secondary shadows have a couple of issues at present  mainly the low resolution but they are also little too strong I feel. There not exactly a negligible performance hit either.

Environmental shadows in general are not great in DCS.  Whilst I see the thread is marked “in development” I’m not encouraged that the feature is being built on less than solid foundations  although they remain better than nothing ,
