I myself still prefer the manual calibration, once and done type of deal. New firmware version is 5.09 and new software version is 2.17. Note this is mainly for version 2 and version 3 of the Crosswinds. sobe
I love my new crosswinds and since they work so well, I am a little hesitant to make any changes. As the old saying goes, let sleeping dogs ... unlikely_spider
Cool. This makes me think - how does this compare to the resolution of the axes at the software level of any of the sims we play? 1 Modules: Wright Flyer, Spruce Goose, Voyager

Should be easy enough to see watching the readout of the axis tab in the controller software you have. Edit: MY VKB Gunfighter Mk III is 6535. My Virpil CM3 Throttle is 6000. Seems MFG has now surpassed them both (8192) where previously they were behind (4096), but really I doubt anyone would actually "feel" the difference either way. Can't say I notice a difference really in my Crosswinds going from 4092 to 8196. But it is higher precision of course. Maybe the more astute amongst us might feel a difference.
