fixed ICP Dobber switch

I have noticed when binding the Dobber switch you can combine two positions to make the switch go diagonal. For instance when pushing up and left the in game switch move up left.

Not sure if this is intentional or not? I assumed that the real ICP would only allow you to push in one direction at a time..
