Hi,

 

I own several DCS modules in Steam. I was planning to link my account to Steam and use DCS natively. I haven't used DCS in over a year now and I don't know if my account got deleted but I can't recover it.
Passwords should be correct by all extent of knowledge. Adding email.ru to my Safe list  to reset password doesn't change a thing. The reset password form does recognize my account but I get no emails.
What do I have to do to recover my account, where do I get the data for keys/etc to email Eagle Dynamics to restore my account. Can I do that without installing Steam and getting the keys? Would the Steam website suffice?

If I don't emails from eagle.ru I can't reset my password, even if Eagle Dynamics restores my account. With no password I cannot log into the Desktop DCS client, without Log in. There's no module validation.

Is eagle.ru being blocked by Western companies due to the conflict? is that the root cause why I'm not getting emails from you guys?

Afternoon, Evening, Good Night Dynamics Team,

I have now been trying to get resolution to this issue to no avail to date. Hopefully you can clear this up.

I'm trying to initially register with the main site I went through the motions of entering the details and realize I must have a private email. Create one and continue. I get no ping back continually from the system saying there’s an issue with my login. I check all the prompts and can clearly see it’s not something I’m doing wrong and read through a few of the forum threads to see if there’s a common theme. I note a message from a member that say ‘you can register to the forums and get in that way’. I do so and do get a ping back saying I’m now a forum member. Great!
In the forum I click on the top banner and get sent to the main DCS page and try to login with the view to purchase a module or two and am given the same lock out page ‘Incorrect Login or Password’.

Help, please.

That's because DCS game and website have different credentials than the forum ones.

the forum and our main website are different logins.

Please register on our main site, that will be your dcs login

Thank you @draconus and @BIGNEWY for your replies. It is now sorted.

There was a mix up with email addresses and I was under the impression rocketmail was not allowing me to register the DCS address as a valid email address so I registered with a proton one. That is where I received my confirmation to the forums....

Does that mean I have x2 profiles? I dunno, my brain is not big enough for this sort of thing...!
