First purchase discount has disappeared

Hi,

I guess it is because of the sales and it will come back after the sales, but my first purchase discount has disappeared. I have bought nothing, neither in Steam. I know it wouldn't stack with the sales, but It is a pity because I have been waiting to the sales to planify my buys during the sales, looking for use the 50% first, then buying the modules and campaigns non eligible for first purchase discount. Looks like I will have to wait to the end of this sales for my first buy, then wait to the next sales for the non eligiible products.

Am i right?

Is there any list of the modules eligible for first purchase 50% discount? I don't remember all of them.
