Also, if at all possible, try to create a track that is as short as possible to show the specific problem.

Fast forwarding during a replay tends to break the replay, and no one wants to watch a 45 minute track and then realize they missed the one important switch position and have to watch it all again without fast forwarding...

And: Using TrackIR or VR massively increases the track size; every head movement is an input that is recorded in the track. If possible, deactivate TrackIR or VR and show the problem in 2D using just the mouse to look around where necessary. That will easily reduce the track size to maybe a tenth of a track with an active head tracker.
