reported HEMTT needs updating

Hi friends,

When are you finally going to fix / update those wobbly wheels from this truck ???

So many updates , so many and >STILL this issue persists within DCS CORE. 

I find it very disappointing we have to wait THIS long since this refueler is one of DCS basic vehicles and used in so many airfields, but yet unused or avoided by many because of this issue.

Apologies, i had to bring this issue up once again , like myself and many others before me have too.
