Downloading DCS

I have tried to download the game several times and am having trouble because it will not let me select the drive.  I don't have room on my C:\ drive so I would like to download the game to my D:\ drive but I don't see an option.

It's immediately after the EULA and Epilepsy warning agreements.

this is what I get at first, then it just jumps to downloading to C

I find it impossible to believe the EULA and agreements are somehow skipped, but there is a back button there.

Can you not click on the back button?

Did you download the DCS_World_web installer ?
If I start that, he asks me for the installation language, after that I have to accept the license agreement, get an epilepsy warning, and after that I get this prompt:
