Mission 4 - no smoke, no cargo hook?

I'm trying to get the smoke to appear at the cargo location and when I hover above the  cargo, nothing happens.

I watched this video but don't see smoke or messages about cargo hooked..

This is in the latest Open Beta DCS.

update - I used the Intercom to speak and heard a voice guide me in to hook the cargo. I dropped it off at the destination, got the confirmation text message, then flew the artillery spotting mission and scored a direct hit. All good. Now flying back home ( I think) but checked the external view and the cargo is still hanging below my helo?

Good job completing the mission! Not sure about the cargo, maybe you didn't get it unhooked? I mean the whole sling load part uses the built in functionalities, in the mission editor I just placed a cargo to pick up.

The cargo hooked on automagically and when I landed, I got a text message saying 'thank you' etc but I didn't click any assigned button to 'unhook' as I thought it would work like the hooking on did, automagically. Looking forward to Mission 5!

 

Interestingly, I didn't get the message from FSB Dublin after completing the artillery mission..

just seen this post - 

I guess I didn't wait long enough, pretty sure I was there for a few minutes circling though..
