Fish Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Hi all, Been getting to grips with BS. I can easily play back a trk file, but can't seem to 're-edit' it like lomac. Is it possible with BS'? Chillspider Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 :helpsmilie:not sure but i think you can only play back and use camera angles to record using fraps then use vegas pro 8 or something to edit the movie. diveplane Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 pause the sim between playback to set up the camera angles you want . then resave the trk file when finished viewing. you will then have a new trk file with new positioned cameras you made. https://www.youtube.com/user/diveplane11 DCS Audio Modding.
aledmb Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 thanks diveplane, for that tip on saving the modified track. it would be nice to have a system for playback like that of f4af. i mean one with playback and view controls, aircraft trajectories, etc. maybe ED will implement something like that in the future.
zdXu Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 I have here a broken track-file from a mutliplayer-session. The track-File dont replay any data. Is this possible to restore or look into the file to search for some data? Which editor for opening the trk-file should i use?
GGTharos Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Use tacview. thanks diveplane, for that tip on saving the modified track. it would be nice to have a system for playback like that of f4af. i mean one with playback and view controls, aircraft trajectories, etc. maybe ED will implement something like that in the future. zdXu Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Use tacview. I want to investigate the cause of a helicopter crash. So i need more specific data not the basic data velocity-speed, ground-speed, hight, heading etc. from tacview. So can i repair a broken .TRK-File?
