solved Sluggish in Mission Editor - select icon then wait for action

Just installed 2.7 OB.  I place cursor over icon and select then 15 seconds later action taken.  Can't figure out cause/fix.  Did DCS Repair but didn't fix the problem.

After each updates or so, the ME takes a minute to build shaders, which leads to ME freezes. If you open your dcs.log file during the freeze, you should see shaders being compiled.

Please reproduce the issue and attach your dcs.log file.
