Game freezing after last update

Hi, since the last update, every time I play my game freezes, sometimes as soon as I enter the plane selection menu. I tried repairing, playing with no mods, no OC, and deleting the Saved Games/OpenBeta folder, but I still freeze and crash to desktop.

Of course, every driver is updated, etc.

I'm attaching logs and the DirectX Diagnostic file. Thanks.

EDIT: I'm editing the title because it also freezes in 2D.

Thanks, I reinstalled C++ but it wasn't this, plus my problem is within D3D11.DLL, not VCRUNTIME140.DLL

even though it seems to be a error d3d11.dll, it may be two lines.

install both the x86 and x64 2022 VC++ runtimes and it will sort VCRUNTIME140.DLL error
