fixed LIMITS Sight Status Message and LOS Cross flash

There's an entry in the 24/8 OB patch of: 

• Fixed: TADS: Limit Indication Error

This maybe refers to the LOS Cross flash in the Weapons Symbology when the TADS is at an azimuth or elevation limit. Problem is...it's still bugged. The LOS Cross reticle should flash when it's at a 'limit' and the LIMITS message should show in the 'Sight Status' field on the HAD.

Before the patch the LOS Cross reticle did indeed flash in the HDU TADS, but not on the TEDAC TADS. This has now changed to NO flashing in either. I believe this is incorrect. There should be a flash of the reticle (and the missing message). Real TADS footage online will confirm this.

That particular entry was referring to the physical slew limit of the TADS itself, which was more restrictive than it should have been. However, the fix didn't make it into the patch so that entry looks to have been erroneously added into the changelog.

The flashing crosshairs and the presence of the LIMITS message has been fixed internally, but these didn't make it into the patch either.

EDIT: In the interest of specificity, the flash rate of the crosshairs when encountering the limits has also been adjusted as part of these fixes. The current flash rate of the HMD LOS crosshairs is too fast, and the fixes will change the "on/off" cycles to a more accurate flash sequence for both the HMD and TADS crosshairs. These small, however seemingly inconsequential, details are not being overlooked.
