The time displayed on the clock for each clients jet is not synced in online multiplayer. This is a critical issue and prevents any kind of co-ordination on missions. 

No tracks attached as there's no point. Issue is self evident.

Are sure about that? We've used several time ( basically all the time ) the clock to synchronize our mission, flying with more than 40 players with a specific Time On Target. Nothing goes wrong. I've personally attended also to a 70 players mission!

It sounds more like a problem of what people set on their plane to show, GMT vs local time and difference between each aircraft and what by default displays.

The time in multiplayer is synced, I can guarantee for that 😉

in case you are talking about the F-16 clock not being in sync with the in mission time after a cold start -> been reported here: 

not informed about other jets having this issue too.
