Run DCS and retry your mission. If it happens to you with several Caucasus missions, run a DCS repair: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/repair/#2463807 (in "slow" mode) Don't accept indie game testing requests from friends in Discord. I asked about it because it messed with DCS on another user's computer very recently. I usually never install any motherboard software. It seems the "slow" DCS repair is not always 100% efficient, and I don't know why. I hope this time it's fixed for good! Thanks for your feedback. I had a 1060 in stock and since then I haven't had any breakdowns at all, my PC has been working normally. I wanted to give you this info because you were really nice to help me. I have a 1080Ti too, and I hope it will keep working for a long time because it does the job since I'm not using VR. We'll see. Your feedback is much appreciated. Thanks. When I think of it, before you bury your 1080Ti, check if your Windows power plan is set to "High performance" (W10) of "Max performance" (W11). If not, set it to the max and retry your 1080Ti.
