Can some one explain this ban

We have a user who has been given this msg when trying to join our servers, we don't understand what this ban means and how to unban it.

Anyone know ??  or can help

Hi, 

you should check with the server owner, multiplayer disputes can not be resolved here on the forum

but from the message it seems someone has left a squadron maybe? The server owner has left the message so please check with them.

I have never seen that message personally.

It isn't a message that is part of the game. The server likely has some files in \Saved Games\DCS\Scripts\Hooks\ and one of them is loading a user script for callbacks for whenever a player tries to connect to the server. Said script is returning false and that message on the tryConnect callback.
