Draw borders on caucasus map?

I was wondering how can I draw borderlines, rectangles etc on the mission editor menu, I"m on the 2.6 release version and I dont see how to enable the draw option

Update to last version and you will have draw tool in ME.

Yeah cannot update yet my machine and GPU doen't go well with the latest 2.7 version

I recently did this on the Gulf map for some of my missions.

Created it as a template such that I can drop it into any of my other missions.
